We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a skilled and reliable CNC Press Brake Operator to join their Folding Team within the CNC department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic and growing manufacturing environment with modern equipment and strong team culture.

Pay- £13.00 per hour to £13.75 per hour.

Working Hours- 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Press Brakes (preferably Amada HFE or similar/equivalent models) to fold and form sheet metal components to specification.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions to ensure accurate folding operations.
• Set up machines and tooling for production runs.
• Conduct quality checks and measurements throughout the process to maintain high standards.
• Work efficiently as part of the folding team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety procedures.

Desirable but Not Essential:

• Experience operating CNC punch presses (ideally Amada or similar/equivalent).
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.

About You:

• Previous experience working in a metal fabrication or sheet metal environment.
• Confident operating CNC press brake machines, ideally Amada HFE or similar.
• Ability to work from engineering drawings and use measuring tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a good work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new machinery or processes.
