We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our team in the assembly of wooden roof trusses. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is physically fit, enjoys practical work, and is comfortable working in a busy production environment.

MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION OF THIS POSITION

Pay Per Hour- £12.50

Working Schedule- Monday to Friday 8:00-16:30.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the construction and assembly of wooden trusses using jigs and hand tools
• Measuring, cutting, and positioning timber accurately
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred, but not essential
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Must have own transport due to rural worksite location (no public transport available)
• Ability to work well as part of a team
