Administrator - Immediate Start Available

Pay: £12.27 per hour (rising to £13.17 after 12 weeks)

Location: Basingstoke

Are you a proactive Administrator looking for a new opportunity with immediate start available?

Our client is seeking a handful of Administrators to join their busy and fast-paced team.

Administrators will be responsible for:

-Making pre-calls to customers to confirm they will be home for scheduled deliveries

-Ensuring safe and accessible delivery conditions

-Making re-visit calls to reschedule missed deliveries

-Handling a high number of inbound and outbound calls

What we're looking for:

-No previous admin experience required

-Strong customer service background

-Good communicator, confident on the phone

-Reliable and flexible to work the required shift patterns and weekends

Further information about the Administrator role:

-Pay: £12.27 per hour (rising to £13.17 AWR)

-Hours: 39 hours per week

-Shifts: 06:30-15:30 or 12:00-21:00

-Weekends: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

-Contract: Temp-to-Perm (12 weeks)
