The Best Connection are recruiting for a sales administrator to join one of our rapidly growing clients based near the centre of Birmingham. This will be an ongoing position which can start immediately after a successful interview. Working in an office environment with experienced colleagues, the role will involve dealing with administrative duties whilst managing business to business sales.

The role of the administrator:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Receiving and processing orders.
  • Providing after-sales support to customers answering queries.
  • Dealing with couriers to book deliveries.

Key Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Customer focused with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Positive, confident, friendly, and conscientious character who is able to work as part of a team.

Hours of work:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 08:00-17:00

Pay rate:

  • £12.21 - £16.40, depending on experience and qualifications.
