Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality protein shake mixes, dedicated to supporting healthy lifestyles and fitness goals. Their state-of-the-art facility produces a wide range of delicious and nutritious products enjoyed by customers across the UK and beyond.

The Role:

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the manufacturing line. You'll be responsible for ensuring the protein mixes are produced to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained

Pack and label finished products accurately

Report any issues or faults to the team leader

Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)

Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Willingness to learn and follow health & safety procedures

Hours of Work:

Monday - Thursday, 06:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00, rotating twice weekly.

Rate of Pay:

£12.57 - £14.02
