Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in keeping transport operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Transport Clerk to join our busy logistics team and help ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor transport schedules and driver routes.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and vehicle movements.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and external partners to resolve issues.
• Prepare and process transport documentation (e.g., delivery notes, manifests).
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
• Use transport management systems (TMS) to track and update job progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or administrative role (preferred).
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and transport software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.

Location:

• Draycott in the Clay

Pay:

• £16.50 per hour

Shift:

• Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
