Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Hours: 14:45 - 23:15, Monday to Thursday
Pay Rate: £13.90 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join a busy warehouse/production environment. The role involves managing stock, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. This position is crucial for the smooth operation of the supply chain and requires a methodical approach, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, and track incoming stock accurately

• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements using inventory systems

• Assist with stock audits and reporting as required

• Organise and maintain storage areas to ensure efficient operations

• Support warehouse staff with picking, packing, and stock rotation

• Report any issues with stock quality, discrepancies, or damages

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

• Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks related to inventory management

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse operations preferred

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic IT skills, including experience with inventory or database systems

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards

• Physically able to handle stock when required
