HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers - Frozen Produce - Ad Hoc Work

Location: Darlington

Start Date: Week Commencing 20th October

The Best Connection are currently seeking to recruit HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers for ad hoc work with our client based in Darlington. This role involves the transportation of frozen produce across the UK and includes cage work.

The Role

• Transporting and delivering frozen produce to various locations nationwide - will be delivering to restaurants.
• Cage work involved.
• Ad hoc shifts available - flexibility required.
• Induction required prior to starting.

The Candidate

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence.
• Must have held the Class 1 licence for a minimum of 2 years.
• Must have an in-date CPC and Digi Card.
• Must be reliable, professional, and have a positive attitude.

Hours of Work

• Ad hoc shifts - days between 6am-6pm and nights between 6pm-6am available.
• Flexibility to cover shifts as required - no fixed start times.

Pay Rates

• £19.00 per hour - Days
• £21.00 per hour - Nights
