The Best Connection are in need of LGV C+E Class 1 Drivers for Days or Nights
Work is based in East Leake and Gotham for a major international logistics company trunking single deck streamline trailers to the construction industry in general. The company is the UK's biggest supplier of plaster boards. There is no handball in this role, just open the curtains on the trailer. The pay rates and details of the role are below:
Pay rates (PAYE Driver) for C+E Class 1 Drivers.
- £16.59 days
- £17.70 Nights
- Minimum of 8 hours paid per shift
The role of LGV C+E Class 1 driver.
- Monday to Friday
- Start times between 02:00-09:00 or 17:00-19:00
- You will be required to do 1-4 drops per shift
- No handball just pulling curtains on single deck trailer
- Liaise with transport team on daily route
- Adhering To All Working Time & Tachograph Regulations
- Comply with all health and safety regulations on site
- Pre Vehicle & Trailer Checks
- Load Checks
- Completing All Related Paper Work & Debrief Information
