The Best Connection are seeking a skilled and dedicated Furniture Frame Maker to join our client in Doncaster. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality furniture frames that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.

As a Furniture Frame Maker, you will work with various materials such as wood, and upholstery components to create the structural foundation for custom furniture pieces. Your work will contribute to the production of furniture that enhances our customers’ homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build furniture frames based on blueprints or specifications.
• Cut, shape, and assemble frame components using various hand tools and machinery.
• Work with carpenters, upholsterers, and designers to ensure the finished frame is structurally sound and matches the design intent.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and durability.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices while operating machinery and tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair furniture frames as needed.

Shifts:

Morning and afternoon shifts rotating on a weekly basis

Pay rate:

Negotiable depending on experience.
