Hygiene Operative

📍 Location: Driffield

⏰ Hours: 4am - 12pm (6am - 4pm initial training)

📄 Contract: Temporary

We are currently recruiting a Hygiene Operative to join our busy horticulture manufacturing site. This is a key role responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across production areas, helping to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitising production areas, machinery, and equipment
• Removing plant waste safely and efficiently
• Following site hygiene schedules and procedures
• Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided)
• Completing hygiene records and reporting any issues
• Adhering to Health & Safety and environmental standards at all times

About You:

• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Previous factory, cleaning, or horticulture experience is an advantage but not essential
