The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for General Operatives for our client based in Halling, Kent.

You will be working in concrete casting in the flooring division which includes:

• General Machine Operating and Minding - Production of process to create finished product 
• General Yard Work - Movement of stock and keeping area tidy and safe to work in
• Machine Operating - Mixing, pouring into bag and moulds for finished product 
• Heavy Lifting 
• QC of items and production process 
• Manual Handling
• Indoor and outdoor working - Dusty environment but Full PPE provided by the client 

Experience of working in a production environment would be preferred, however full training provided 

Forklift counterbalance licence would also be preferred but not essential or training in the future 

As its a new site, there is huge opportunity for progression!!

Full time, ongoing, long term work

Shift Pattern & Pay Rates

• Mon- Fri on 7am till 5pm
• £12.42 per hour - 10 hour days - plus overtime
• Overtimes available on Saturdays paid at Time and Half & Sundays Double Time
