The Best Connection are currently recruiting Patterning Operatives to join our prestigious client based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, with roles available for an immediate start.

As a Patterning Operative, you will develop a wide range of skills and work flexibly across all patterning teams, contributing to the creation of premium, high‑quality products.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality patterning items for both internal and external customers.
• Using industrial machinery to finish fabric with accuracy and precision.
• Completing ticketing and carding tasks across multiple departments, following product specifications and production guides.
• Ensuring exceptional quality throughout every stage of the patterning process.
• Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting various sections within the Patterning department.
• Offering assistance to other areas of the business when required.

⭐ Ideal Candidate

• Strong production or warehousing background (textiles experience is an advantage).
• Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills.
• Professional, friendly and approachable manner.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, committed, and keen to progress.

⏰ Hours & Pay

• £12.87 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
