The Best Connection are seeking to recruit HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers to work with their client in Newburn. Our client delivers Bread to various depot locations.

The role:

• You will be required to do trunk runs to various locations in the UK.
• Experience is desired (1 year driving Class 1 minimum) as this job role is speedy, efficient and accurate delivery to customers at set times.
• This is a customer facing role, so you must be friendly and professional as you will be representing both the Client and The Best Connection.

The candidate:

• Full, clean UK driving license.
• Smart appearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude to customer care.

Hours of work:

• There will be various start times on days and nights via a rota to be discussed once inducted to the site.

Pay Rates (First 12 Weeks)

• £13.98 per hour on Days (Flat Rate)
• £13.98 per hour on Nights (Flat Rate)

Pay Rates (After 12 weeks of working)

• £13.98 per hour on Days (Monday to Friday)
• £17.16 per hour on Days (Saturday)
• £22.88 per hour on Days (Sunday)
• £34.32 per hour on Days (Bank Holiday)

• £13.98 per hour on Nights (Monday to Friday)
• £20.16 per hour on Nights (Saturday)
• £26.88 per hour on Nights (Sunday)
• £40.32 per hour on Nights (Bank Holiday)
