An established manufacturing organisation is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join its team. This is a full-time, temp to perm opportunity offering stability within a supportive working environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm

(Flexibility may be required to meet operational demands)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Work within Health & Safety guidelines and report risks or hazards
• Ensure production schedules are achieved efficiently to meet targets and deadlines
• Operate CNC machinery, sawing equipment, welding equipment, drills, and hand tools
• Carry out quality control inspections on products during manufacture and on incoming materials

Skills / Knowledge

• Previous manufacturing or production experience desirable but not essential
• Ability to operate machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Positive attitude with attention to quality and safety
• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
• Driving licence preferred
