Job Opportunity: Customer Service & Admin Assistant - Thetford (Agency Position)

£12.27 per hour | Week 1 Tues-Sat, 06:15-1500 Week 2 Tues-Sat, 11:30-2000 | Thetford | Ongoing Work

Our client based in Thetford is looking for a Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join their team on an ongoing basis, covering a rotating shift pattern. The client deals with delivery and install of white goods, and is a well respected and like high street chain.

Main Duties:

• Calling customers to confirm deliveries for the next day
• AM -driver despatch - including distributing equipment for the days deliveries
• Handling general office and admin duties
• Maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks
• PM -taking in assigned equipment from drivers as they return to site

Requirements:

• Good literacy and numeracy skills - proficient in Office 365
• A friendly and polite phone manner
• Confident using the telephone and basic computer systems
• Reliable and professional attitude

Working Hours:

• Week 1 Tues-Sat, 06:15-1500 (45 min break)
• Week 2 Tues-Sat, 11:30-2000 (30 min break)

Pay Rate:

• £12.27 per hour (paid weekly)

Start:

• ASAP - ongoing position with potential for long-term work.
