We are currently recruiting for Pack Stackers to join our clients busy egg production facility. As a member of the packing team, you will be responsible for stacking packed trays of eggs, ensuring all products are handled safely, hygienically, and efficiently to meet quality standards and customer requirements.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work longer shifts with generous time off built into the schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stack packed egg trays and boxes onto pallets in an organised and safe manner
• Monitor the packing line for quality, ensuring products meet company and food safety standards
• Assist in the general cleanliness and upkeep of the packing area
• Work closely with machine operators and quality control teams to ensure smooth production
• Adhere to all health and safety, and hygiene protocols at all times

Shift Pattern:

• 3 on / 1 off / 3 on / 7 off rotating pattern
• Shifts are 06:00 - 18:30
• This pattern provides extended time off every two weeks

Pay and Incentives:

• Base rate: £12.24 per hour
• Enhanced rate: £12.76 per hour (when you complete 3 shifts in the working block) - paid on all hours worked that week
• Attendance Bonus: £50 when you pick up a 4th shift (48 hours total) in a week

What We're Looking For:

• Physically fit - the role involves standing, lifting, and repetitive movements
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, sometimes chilled environment
• Experience in a factory setting useful due to the shift patterns and repetitiveness.
