Class 2 Pallet Network Driver
We are currently seeking an experienced Class 2 Pallet Network Driver to join our clients growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated driver who enjoys delivering excellent service.
Location: Oxfordshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Start Time: 7:00 AM
Average Shift Duration: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 6:00 PM (Job and Knock)
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out 2 runs per day within the Oxford area, delivering palletised goods using electric pump trucks.
- Deliver goods to a mix of businesses and residential areas.
- Operate a variety of vehicles ranging from 7.5 ton to 18 ton, though most will be 12-ton vehicles.
- Ensure deliveries are made in a timely and safe manner while maintaining a professional image.
- Assist with loading and unloading as required, ensuring all goods are securely transported.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in delivering palletised goods.
- Valid Class 2 driving license (C).
- Good understanding of local roads in Oxford area.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to operate an electric pump truck and work independently.
What We Offer:
- Hourly rate of £14 per hour.
- Monday to Friday schedule with Saturday availability.
- Overtime on weekends at £21.00 per hour.
- A variety of vehicles to drive, from 7.5 ton to 18 ton.
