🔧 MACHINE OPERATORS WANTED - MANUAL EDGING & TRIMMING MACHINES 🔧

📍 Location: Brigg (own transport essential)

💷 Salary:

• Day Shift: £12.33 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: Competitive base rate plus £15 per completed shift (£60/week)
• 📅 Start Date: Immediate start available

We're hiring two Machine Operators to join our production team in Brigg, working with manual edging and trimming machines. If you're experienced in high-quality manual production processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Available Roles:

1️⃣ Permanent Day Shift

🕒 Monday to Thursday: 07:45 - 16:45

🕒 Friday: 07:45 - 12:45 (early finish!)

💷 Pay rate: £12.33/hour

2️⃣ Permanent Afternoon Shift(after training)

🕒 Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 00:15

🛑 Fridays off

💷 Additional £15 per completed shift (£60/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual edging and trimming machines with precision
• Deliver consistent, high-quality output
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean working area
• Meet production targets in a high-volume environment
• Report faults or quality issues promptly

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in manual production processes
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Well-organised and reliable
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Own transport is essential due to location in Brigg
