Contract: Full time

Bridgwater Administrator required for peak cover (July - September) immediate start available. Experience in Sage, Word and Excel required. Working between 35.00 - 37.50hrs per week with hours to suit you between 07:00 - 16:30. This position will be working in a small social team and fully paid training will be provided. Please see job description below.

Pay Rate:

  • £12.50ph

Shift Schedule:

  • 35.00 - 37.50hrs per week
  • Working between 07:00 - 16:30, times to suit YOU!

Duties Include:

 

  • Manage Service email inbox – answering all queries or fielding to the correct person within the service department / business.
  • Filing all emails under correct customer so they can be easily found if needed.
  • Answer telephone calls – triage to correct person if unable to assist.
  • Keeping the customer updated on order progress when asked.
  • Raising purchase orders where necessary for engineer’s/ service team requirements
  • Booking hotels for employees when requested for engineers’ visits or training.
  • Book decontaminations with our 3rd party company, raising this on a monthly PO linking this to the sales order. Then once confirmed, inform the customers of the details.
  • Upload the decontamination certificates on the relevant purchase order & confirm this has been booked in on sage.
  • Upload the decontamination certificates on the customers sales order to show this has happened.
