Due to a huge increase in work, our client a UK retailer offering new, refurbished and open box products are seeking reliable Furniture Packers to assist in carefully preparing, packing, and loading furniture for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely pack furniture items for transportation.
• Organise, load, and secure items efficiently to ensure quality during transit.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of service.

Requirements:

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to handling items with care.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
• Previous experience in packing or logistics is an advantage but not essential.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 0800-1630, with the opportunity to work regular overtime, which is paid at enhanced rates.

An immediate start is available after successful interview, and this position could lead to permanent after a successful qualifying period.
