Car Parts Sales Adminstrator

The Best Connection are searching for a Parts Sales Advisor on behalf of our client our in Cannock.

We are looking for an outgoing Sales Advisor with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, who will contribute towards a busy sales environment to assist with customers parts queries and orders.

Duties:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries and taking orders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Organize and manage inventory of parts to ensure availability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a parts advisor or automotive industry role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and customer orders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
• Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, for data entry and inventory management.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
