HGV Driver

HGV CATEGORY CE - CLASS 1 DRIVER REQUIRED!!!

Here at The Best Connection we are looking for a hardworking individual to join us at one of the most highly regarded and reputable recruitment agencies in the country. We’re currently searching for a Class 1 driver in the surrounding Stockport areas who is available for a part time position. This can include anywhere from 1-4 weekdays depending on your availability as it is something we can tailor to you.

As our driver you will have a range of responsibilities that include but aren't limited to:

• Delivery of palletised products
• Transport of construction materials
• Strapping and chaining loads
• Completing required safety checks to a high standard

The ideal driver would display the following characteristics:

• Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently
• Excellent communication and customer services skills
• Comfortable completing safety checks
• Consistent, Reliable and Punctual

We require all applicants to have the correct and up to date licenses ready for us to check upon reaching later application stages. This includes:

• An up to date and valid CE license, CPC, and Digi card
• Proof of Right to Work and National Insurance documents e.g. a Valid Passport or Birth Certificate

Salary starts at a highly competitive £14 and increases to an amazing £21 with overtime!
