HGV Driver

Contract Type: Temporary, Full or Part time
The Best Connection are working with our Stockton based client to source additional LGV C (HGV Class 2) Multi drop drivers for their expanding operation.
There are on going as well as Ad hoc positions available
The role:
- Starting at the Stockton hub you will be driving across the country to deliver goods using well maintained Class 2 vehicles
- Delivery of product which can be caged items using a tail lift
- The Safe and Timely Operation of a C Class two) vehicle
- All vehicle checks and reporting of defects.
- Achieving delivery slots
- Using website-based delivery scheduling
- Completion of delivery notes and associated paperwork
Hours of work:
- 06.00am – 16.00pm
- Monday to Friday
The candidate:
- LGV C (HGV Class 2) Licence
- In date CPC and DIGI Card
- Experience using a Class Two vehicle and preferably a Tail Lift
Rewards:
- £13.00 per hour (PAYE) for all hours worked
