Hours: 9am-5pm⏰

40 minutes of unpaid lunch🍴

Monday-Friday📅

Hourly rate: £12.50 per hour 💸

Key Responsibilities:

✔️Coordinate external support for meetings and manage room bookings.
✔️Arrange appointments and travel for team members.
✔️Maintain team calendars and duty schedules.
✔️Handle case file documentation and liaise with other agencies.
✔️Serve as the primary point of contact for the team, screening calls and answering queries.
✔️Monitor data and deadlines, reminding team members of pending actions.
✔️Manage administrative tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining team statistics.
✔️Support new starters with inductions and assist with team development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.☎️
