Sales Advisor

The Best Connection are recruiting for a E-Commerce parts advisor for our client in Cannock.

This is a leading online retailer specialising in automotive parts and accessories, operating from a leading facility in Cannock. We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and hard-working e-commerce executive with experience using eBay within a working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• eBay Management & Product Development
• Product listing on eBay; to include use of Linnworks, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop.
• Product development to include photography, description editing, optimisation and catalogue research.
• Customer service: ability to answer customers queries regarding products, orders, shipping and returns.
• Manage returns; to process returns once received and organise refunds and exchanges.
• Order management: order relevant stock for received orders from suppliers and manage purchase orders.
• You must be proficient in using Microsoft and office-based equipment.

Previous sales experience must be displayed on displayed on your CV.

• 1-2 years’ proven experience in Ecommerce
• eBay knowledge is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Packages.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Willingness to take initiative, work autonomously, and tackle complex situations.
• Adobe Photoshop
• Product photography

Pay £11.50 per hour.

Monday to Friday

8am to 5pm
