Care Assistant Position - Barry Care Home
Role Highlights:
- Personal Care Excellence: Provide compassionate and respectful personal care, including bathing and toileting, ensuring the dignity and comfort of residents.
- Care Plan Adherence: Follow detailed care plans meticulously, tailoring assistance to individual needs and fostering a person-centered approach to care.
- Mealtime Support: Assist residents during meal times, promoting a positive dining experience and ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Emotional Support: Offer empathetic and understanding support to residents, fostering a sense of companionship and well-being.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a supportive team to create a warm and welcoming environment for residents.
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Care Wales
- Minimum 6 months of care experience
Shift Patterns:
- Day Shift: 7 am - 7 pm
- Night Shift: 7 pm - 7 am
Competitive Pay:
- £11.44 per hour

Additional Benefits & Requirements
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- 24hr Oncall Support
- Enhanced DBS clearance required
