The Best Connection Group Oldham are currently seeking a FLT Counterbalance Driver in Oldham on a temp-to-perm basis.
You will need a Full Driving Licence to apply as this involves driving the FLT across a side road to the 2nd site.
Rate of pay
- £11.44 per hour pay
- £16.55 per hour working overtime
Working hours
- 0830-1700 Mon-Fri
Responsibilities of the FLT Counterbalance Operative
- Order picking orders and loading of complete orders
- Operating Counterbalance to take pallets from racking and put stock into racking
- Undertake other warehouse duties where requested
- Manual handling
- Meeting pick rate targets
- Palletising stock / moving stock
- General Maintenance and upkeep of the site
Requirements of the FLT Counterbalance Operative
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work to target
- Valid Counterbalance licence
- Valid Full Driving Licence
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Additional Benefits & Requirements
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
